YOUR LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOU!"

"A son and his father were walking on the mountains.Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!".To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" Curious, he yells: "Who are you?" He receives the answer: "Who are you?" And then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!"
The voice answers: "I admire you!"
Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!"
He receives the answer: "Coward!"
He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."
Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers: "You are a champion!"
The boy is surprised, but does not understand.
Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.
It gives you back everything you say or do.
Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart.
If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence.
This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life;
Life will give you back everything you have given to it."

Learn To Focus On Solutions Not On Problems

One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese
management was the case of the empty soap box, which happened in one of
Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a
consumer had bought a soap box that was empty. Immediately the authorities
isolated the problem to the assembly line, which transported all the
packaged boxes of soap to the delivery department. For some reason, one soap box
went through the assembly line empty. Management asked its engineers to solve
the problem.
Post-haste, the engineers worked hard to devise an X-ray machine
with high-resolution monitors manned by two people to watch all the soap
boxes that passed through the line to make sure they were not empty.
No doubt, they worked hard and they worked fast but they spent a whoopee
amount to do so.

But when a rank-and-file employee in a small company was
posed with the same problem, he did not get into complications of X-rays, etc.,
but instead came out with another solution. He bought a strong industrial
electric fan and pointed it at the assembly line. He switched the fan on, and as
each soap box passed the fan, it simply blew the empty boxes out of the
line.

Moral

Always look for simple solutions. Devise the
simplest possible solution that solves the problems :-).

The Award Winning CORN

There was a farmer who grew superior quality and award-winning corn. Each
year he entered his corn in the state fair where it won honor and prizes.

One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learnt something
interesting about how he grew it. The reporter discovered that the farmer
shared his seed corn with his neighbours.
"How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbours when
they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?" the reporter
asked.
"Why sir," said the farmer, "didn't you know? The wind picks up pollen from
the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbours grow
inferior, sub-standard and poor quality corn, cross-pollination will
steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must
help my neighbours grow good corn."

The farmer gave a superb insight into the connectedness of life. His corn
cannot improve unless his neighbour's corn also improves. So it is in other
dimensions! Those who choose to be at harmony must help their neighbours
and colleagues to be at peace, those who choose to live well must help
others to live well, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it
touches. And those who choose to be happy must help others to find
happiness for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all.

If we are to grow good quality corn, we must help our neighbors grow good
quality corn too....

Only way to grow in an Organization is - to grow along with others and not
grow at the cost of others!

The only way to discover the limits of the possible is to go beyond them
into the limits of the impossible.

Have a nice day!!!
